Engagement drivers

*you can explore what questions are included in each driver here

**inspired by the methodology of the Irresistible model by J. Bersin

During the survey, we organized our questions into six different groups*. Each group corresponds with the engagement driver* – different aspects of Intellias as a workplace. Here is how you evaluated them:

The Tomato Satisfaction Scale

Extra Fresh Tomato: When a project or initiative achieves a satisfaction rating of >95%, we proudly display our Extra-Fresh badge, indicating exceptional satisfaction!

Fresh Tomato: When a project or initiative scores between 94% and 85% on our scale, it bears a Fresh Tomato Badge. Highly satisfying!

Bruised Tomato: When a project or initiative scores between 74% and 50% on our scale, it earns a Bruised Tomato Badge. It indicates areas that need attention and improvement to get back to their best.

Spoiled Tomato: When a project or initiative falls below 50%, prepare yourself to see a smashed tomato indicating the Spoiled Tomato status. Let's learn from this and improve ourselves!

Risky Tomato: When a project or initiative scores between 84% and 75% on our scale, it shows a Risky Tomato Badge. It depicts some level of risk and uncertainty, as do our projects.
